Because true belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect selves to the world, our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self acceptance Brene Brown

Therapy Services
There are many different approaches to therapy. As an integrationist, this therapy practice incorporates several methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, humanistic theory, and relational theory. My approach is rooted in feminist psychology. This means I pay close attention to power dynamics—especially in healthcare—because these dynamics can harm a person’s sense of agency and connection with others.
I am experienced with multiple ethnic, sexual, and gender identities and I welcome kinky and poly-identified clients. I am also trained in relationship therapy serving both monogamous and non monogamous partners.
As a specialist with adolescents, I also offer parent coaching and parent support. I have specific training in the following modalities:
Emotionally focused couples therapy
Dialectal behavioral therapy
Acceptance and commitment therapy
Parent child interactive therapy
Behavioral activation
Exposure response prevention
Narrative therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy
